I am a cheerful non-smoking work alcoholic who lives in a quiet friendly community near Governors Square. It’s near several major routes including Routes 1 7 and 40 so it’s about 5 miles from I-95 the University of Delaware People’s Plaza and Christiana Mall. Additionally there is a bus stop at the entrance of the development. The house sits on a .25 acre lot with a fenced-in backyard that has some shade trees. Some amenities of the house include off-street parking central air Fios high speed internet and plenty of storage space (there is a spare room and an attic). Please note that all utilities are included in the rent. The room’s dimensions are 10’ x 11’ which means it can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed dresser and end table. I have a dresser and end table (and 2 ugly lamps ;-) ). However they can be stored if you have your own furniture. Finally as you can see from the pictures I have 2 spoiled cats. They are neutered declawed and up-to-date with their shots. I prefer only caged pets but 1 cat or house-trained dog is acceptable.
